Getting to know your house
Nothing required. Upload the inspection report from when you bought, snap a few photos of your systems from your phone, or have a licensed inspector come — your call. Your home profile keeps filling in on its own every time a Contractor visits.
A full licensed inspection runs around $600 depending on the size of the home, paid directly to the inspector, for anyone unsure what shape the house is in.

No. DwellWell acts as the homeowner’s representative. We do not perform, diagnose, or supervise trade work. When professional services are needed, we help connect homeowners with the appropriate qualified or licensed professional and coordinate the process.
Tell us what’s happening, and we help determine what type of professional may be appropriate. We can then help coordinate with qualified professionals from our growing Long Island network.
DwellWell prioritizes professionals based on factors such as appropriate licensing where required, experience, reliability, communication, and quality of service.
You pay the contractor directly. DwellWell does not collect, hold, or process payment for work performed by contractors or other service professionals.
No. Contractors and other professionals remain responsible for performing and managing their own work. DwellWell represents the homeowner and helps coordinate communication, scheduling, proposals, and other administrative details to keep the process moving.
DwellWell is based in Huntington, NY, and currently serves homeowners on the North Shore of Long Island. We’re growing across Long Island — if your home is outside the area, reach out and we’ll let you know.
The DwellWell app gives members one place to approve quotes, see invoices, access their Home Profile, and view their maintenance calendar.
No. An onboarding home inspection is optional but recommended. It helps establish a detailed baseline for your home. Pricing varies depending on the home’s size and complexity.
Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Annual members receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the year; monthly members simply aren’t charged again after the cancellation date.
