About DwellWell

6 QUESTIONS

DwellWell is a membership-based home concierge service for Long Island homeowners. Instead of figuring out every maintenance issue, repair, or household project on your own, you have one trusted point of contact to call or text.

We help organize the request, identify the type of professional needed, coordinate scheduling and proposals, and keep the process moving. Independent service professionals perform the physical work.

DwellWell helps coordinate the ongoing work that comes with owning a home from seasonal maintenance and unexpected repairs to small projects, installations, and larger project introductions.

That may include HVAC service, gutters, irrigation, landscaping, plumbing, electrical needs, roofing, appliance issues, punch-list items, and more. If you are unsure who to call, you can simply start with DwellWell.

No. DwellWell is your homeowner-side representative and coordination resource, not a general contractor or construction manager.

We do not perform, direct, or supervise construction work. Our role is to help organize requests, identify appropriate independent professionals, coordinate information and scheduling, and help keep the process moving.

No. Physical work including repairs, maintenance, installations, and improvements is performed by independent service professionals.

DwellWell coordinates from the homeowner’s side. We help connect you with an appropriate professional, organize the details, assist with proposals and scheduling, and follow up as the request progresses.

DwellWell serves homeowners across Long Island, including Nassau County and Suffolk County, and is based in Huntington, NY.

Our service is designed for homeowners who want a more organized way to manage recurring maintenance, repairs, service professionals, and the many details that come with caring for a home.

DwellWell works with homes at different ages and stages from newer properties to established homes with years of service history.

The membership is organized around your individual home: its systems, maintenance needs, existing service relationships, upcoming priorities, and the way you prefer to manage it.

Membership & Pricing

8 QUESTIONS

Your membership gives you one trusted contact for the ongoing needs of your home.

It includes home maintenance coordination, seasonal reminders, help organizing repair and project requests, access to DwellWell’s network of service professionals, scheduling and proposal coordination, follow-through, and a maintained Home Profile containing useful information about your property.

Founding Member Pricing is $1,500 per year. A monthly option is available at $139 per month. There is also a recommended one-time onboarding process priced according to the size and complexity of your home.

Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Annual members receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the year; monthly members simply aren’t charged again after the cancellation date.

Onboarding helps DwellWell understand your home before the next maintenance need or repair appears.

It generally includes a third-party home inspection that helps establish a maintenance baseline and build your Home Profile with information about key systems, existing service providers, property-specific details, and items that may need attention now or later.

The DwellWell app gives members one place to approve quotes, see invoices, access the Home Profile, and view the maintenance calendar.

No. Your DwellWell membership pays for the concierge, coordination, organization, and advisory support DwellWell provides.

Any labor, materials, repairs, maintenance visits, or project costs are quoted separately by the independent professional performing the work.

You pay DwellWell for your membership.

For maintenance, repairs, installations, or other physical work, you contract with and pay the independent service professional directly at the price you approve. DwellWell does not collect or hold money on behalf of service providers.

No. DwellWell never marks up a provider’s invoice. You pay the provider directly at the price you approved.

Maintenance, Repairs & Home Projects

7 QUESTIONS

DwellWell can help organize and coordinate recurring and seasonal home maintenance so you do not have to remember every service date yourself.

Depending on your home, that may include HVAC and filter service, gutter cleaning, irrigation and sprinkler winterization, landscaping, pool service, generator maintenance, chimney or dryer-vent service, and other recurring needs.

Start by calling or texting DwellWell.

We help organize what is happening, determine what type of professional may be appropriate, coordinate introductions and scheduling, and keep relevant details together as the request moves forward.

The independent professional evaluates the issue and performs the repair.

DwellWell starts with established relationships and professionals whose work, communication, and reliability we have experience with.

When a request requires someone outside that network, we help identify an appropriate professional for the particular need and organize important information such as scope, timing, proposals, and provider-supplied credentials or insurance information.

Yes. When multiple estimates make sense, DwellWell can help organize and compare the proposals so you can better understand differences in scope and pricing.

The decision remains yours. You approve the work and contract directly with the professional you select.

Our relationships and repeat work can help us seek fair, competitive pricing where appropriate, but DwellWell does not promise the lowest price.

The goal is to help you understand what you are paying for, compare meaningful differences between proposals, and make a more informed decision without DwellWell adding a markup.

Yes. You can send us the list as it exists even if the items seem unrelated.

DwellWell helps organize the list, group compatible tasks, and coordinate the appropriate independent generalist or specialist for items such as mounting, shelving, blinds, artwork, touch-ups, hardware, furniture assembly, seasonal setup, and many more household projects.

For larger projects such as a roof replacement, kitchen project, pool, or other substantial home improvement, DwellWell can help make introductions to appropriate professionals and organize the early coordination.

You remain in control of the project, select the professional, enter into the contract directly, and pay them directly. DwellWell does not act as the general contractor or construction manager.

Your Home Profile

3 QUESTIONS

Your Home Profile is a living digital record of the important information about your home.

DwellWell builds and maintains it so information about your systems, equipment, documents, warranties, service history, contractors, maintenance schedules, open items, and property-specific details stays organized in one place.

Instead of searching through old emails, paperwork, or memory, you have useful home information available when the next request comes up.

Your Home Profile may include information about major home systems, equipment details, useful model or serial information where available, warranties, service history, existing service professionals, maintenance schedules, proposals, inspection information, receipts, open items, and future priorities.

The profile grows with your home and gives future requests more context from the start.

A maintained history makes it easier to know what has already been serviced, when recurring maintenance may be due, which professional handled previous work, and what information may matter when a new issue appears.

It means every repair or maintenance request does not have to start from zero.

Service & Support

4 QUESTIONS

That is exactly the kind of situation where DwellWell can help.

Tell us what is happening rather than trying to determine the trade yourself. We help organize the request and identify what type of independent professional may be appropriate for the next step.

DwellWell helps keep track of communication and follow-up so a stalled conversation does not quietly become another unfinished item on your list.

When appropriate, we follow up, help organize next steps, or help identify another option.

Call or text DwellWell and we can help organize the situation, identify an appropriate independent professional, and coordinate communication and scheduling.

For an immediate safety emergency involving fire, gas, structural danger, or a medical emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service first.

No. Independent service professionals are responsible for the work they perform.

DwellWell does not guarantee workmanship, supervise job sites, perform safety inspections, or direct a provider’s means and methods. Our role remains homeowner-side coordination, organization, advisory support, and follow-through.

Getting Started

2 QUESTIONS

Getting started is simple. Tell us about your home, what is currently on your list, and where you could use help.

From there, we can discuss how the membership works and whether DwellWell is the right fit for your home.

No. DwellWell is designed for both the things that need attention today and the recurring home maintenance that is easier to manage before it becomes urgent.

Building your Home Profile and organizing your maintenance needs early gives future requests useful context from the beginning.
