These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the DwellWell website, membership, DwellWell app, Home Profile, and related homeowner-support services.
By using DwellWell or becoming a member, you agree to the terms below.

DWELLWELL’S ROLE
Homeowner-side concierge and coordination support.
DwellWell provides homeowner-side concierge and coordination support for home maintenance, repairs, and projects.
DwellWell does not perform, diagnose, direct, or supervise physical trade or construction work and does not act as a general contractor or construction manager.
INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
The professionals who perform the work remain independent.
Repairs, maintenance, installations, and other physical work are performed by independent service professionals.
You choose which professional to hire, approve their proposal, contract with them directly, and remain responsible for decisions relating to the work.
PAYMENTS
Membership fees and provider payments are separate.
DwellWell membership fees cover DwellWell’s coordination and homeowner-support services.
Independent service professionals provide their own pricing and are paid directly by the homeowner.
DwellWell does not hold contractor payments or add a markup to provider invoices.

HOME PROFILE
An organizational resource for your home.
DwellWell may build and maintain a Home Profile containing information such as:
Home systems & equipment
Important information about the systems and equipment in your home.
Service history
Useful history from previous service activity.
Contractors
Professionals connected to your home.
Documents & warranties
Important supporting records and documentation.
Maintenance schedules
Recurring and upcoming maintenance information.
Open items
Items that may still need attention.
Property-specific details
Useful information specific to your home.
The Home Profile is maintained as an organizational resource for your home.
ESTIMATES & WORK
We may help organize estimates—not guarantee outcomes.
DwellWell may help gather and organize estimates from independent professionals.
DwellWell does not guarantee the lowest price, availability of a particular provider, or the workmanship of independent service professionals.
LARGER PROJECTS
Introductions and early coordination—not general contracting.
For renovations or larger home projects, DwellWell may help identify and introduce appropriate contractors, architects, designers, or specialty professionals.
DwellWell does not act as the general contractor or construction manager for those projects.
EMERGENCIES
DwellWell is not an emergency-response service.
For an immediate threat involving fire, gas, structural danger, medical emergency, or another safety risk, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service first.

DwellWell may update these Terms & Conditions as its website, membership, DwellWell app, or services evolve.
