A DwellWell membership gives you convenience, peace of mind, and one trusted contact for everything your home needs. Call or text us about repairs, maintenance, or household projects. We tap our network, help you understand the options and pricing, coordinate the details, remember recurring upkeep, and follow through.

Six-month initial commitment, then month to month.
Both plans include the same membership. Independent service professionals quote and perform the physical work, and you approve and pay them directly.

One-time onboarding — priced based on the size and complexity of your home
Onboarding generally includes a third-party inspection. We use it to build your Home Profile, establish a maintenance baseline, document your home’s key systems and existing service providers, and identify items that need attention now or down the road.

What membership does not cover
Membership is not payment for labor or materials. Repairs, service visits, installations, and projects are quoted by the independent service provider doing the work, and you contract with and pay that provider directly.
DwellWell does not perform the physical work, does not hold your funds for provider payments, and does not add a markup to provider invoices. If a job turns out to be bigger than a coordination request — a full renovation, say — we can make introductions, but you remain the one who hires and pays the contractor.
