DwellWell is not a general contractor, construction manager at risk, property manager, architect, engineer, or on-site supervisor. All physical work is performed by independent third-party vendors. Homeowners contract with and pay vendors directly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DwellWell does not perform construction work, supervise job sites, control a vendor's means or methods, conduct safety inspections, guarantee vendor workmanship, or hold homeowner funds for vendor payments. Our role is to help coordinate, organize, and communicate.

The Home Profile is a centralized operating document for your property. It includes detailed records of your home's systems, vendors, maintenance history, appliance information, warranty details, and important property specifications. It serves as your home's single source of truth and is maintained and updated by our team over time.

For larger capital improvement projects or specialty needs, such as a new roof, kitchen remodel, or pool installation, our Matchmaker service connects you with the most qualified professionals from our private network. We make the introduction and share relevant credential and insurance information when available. You contract with and pay the professional directly, and you remain in control of the project.
