DwellWell is a premium homeowner concierge and vendor coordination membership. We exist to give homeowners a trusted, builder-informed resource for organizing maintenance, coordinating vendors, reviewing scopes and pricing on an advisory basis, and keeping home-related communication clear.
We are not contractors, and we don't perform the work ourselves. Instead, we sit on your side of the table, helping coordinate trusted professionals, review scopes and pricing, organize scheduling, and keep open items visible. Vendors perform the work directly for you.
DwellWell was founded by Andrew Weissberg, who was raised in a family dedicated to developing high-integrity homes across the Huntington area. Growing up in the homebuilding industry gave Andrew a firsthand understanding of what goes into a well-built home, and more importantly, what it takes to keep one running properly over time.
Andrew created DwellWell to bridge a gap he saw repeatedly: homeowners who care about their property but lack a trusted resource to help maintain and protect it long after the last nail is driven. DwellWell brings a true builder's perspective to the ongoing care and coordination of homes that deserve proactive, attentive support.
