Your Home Profile is a comprehensive, living document that captures everything about your property in one place. We build and maintain a detailed record of your home's systems, trusted vendors, complete maintenance history, appliance specifications, warranty information, and important property details.

Think of it as your home's operating manual. When a question comes up about when the roof was last checked, which company services your HVAC, or what model your water heater is, the answer is always at hand. This eliminates the guesswork and scattered paperwork that most homeowners deal with, and helps give vendors useful context before they perform work directly for you.

Maintenance Schedule

Custom seasonal maintenance coordination.

Every home on Long Island is unique, which means a one-size-fits-all maintenance checklist doesn't cut it. We build a customized preventative maintenance calendar specifically for your property's systems, age, and configuration.

DwellWell helps coordinate your seasonal maintenance calendar, including reminders and vendor scheduling for items like irrigation winterization, boiler tune-ups, gutter cleaning, HVAC service, and other recurring home needs.

Repairs & Emergencies

When something breaks, we help coordinate the response.

When something goes wrong, DwellWell helps triage the issue, identify the appropriate vendor, coordinate scheduling and communication, and keep you informed through completion. Physical work is performed by independent third-party vendors.

Before any work begins, we can help review scope and pricing on an advisory basis. You approve the work, contract with the vendor directly, and pay the vendor directly. We keep communication organized so the process is clearer and easier to follow.

Matchmaker

Introductions for larger projects.

For larger renovations or capital projects, DwellWell acts as a matchmaker only. We can introduce you to qualified professionals from our network, but you contract directly with the contractor, pay them directly, and remain in control of the project.

Our network is built on years of relationships in the Long Island homebuilding industry, so you get access to professionals who have been personally vetted, not just reviewed online.
